Level Up Your Walls (drywall fundamentals vol 1)

Overview

Discover just how capable you are to tackle a common household issue. In this Handywoman 101 workshop, you’ll get hands-on experience learning practical drywall repair skills and yes, you’ll even get to make your own hole in the wall (on purpose!) to patch and repair yourself.

You’ll start by safely creating and repairing a small hole using real tools and materials. You’ll then learn how to find and mark studs, pre-drill and securely fasten a screw into the wall. We’ll also guide you through taping, mudding, sanding and applying a simple texture to help your repair blend seamlessly with your existing walls.

This workshop combines confidence, capability and connection. Each participant receives personal guidance, helpful tips and encouragement in a relaxed, small group setting. No experience necessary! Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn.
