Join the American Heart Association on Saturday, Oct. 11 at California State University, Bakersfield for the 2025 Kern County Heart & Stroke Walk. Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m. and the walk begins at 9:00 a.m.

Together, we'll walk to raise funds and fight heart disease and stroke, the No. 1 and No. 5 killers in the nation. Your donations help fund cardiovascular research, improve hospital standards of care and ensure fewer people suffer and die from heart disease and stroke. They also mean more people are able to be taught the lifesaving skill of CPR.
